Dementia is not the end, it is merely another chapter of life. We take the time to understand our residents, applying the expertise of our dementia-trained management and care team to keep our residents safe, independent and happy.
We understand the importance of a quality rating. We are proud of our commitment to working to recognised standards in professional care.
Our rating is based on how well we reach standards against five key questions: how safe, effective, caring, responsive and well-led is our care. Using the judgement of independent inspection teams, the final rating is aggregated from a total score against all of these elements.
