Our person-centred approach is at the heart of everything we do. Nobody should be asked to lose their individuality in their own home, which is how we view our care facilities here at The Sands and The Sands Meadows. Our residents and their families are in our care from the very first moment with us.
Settling In
Regular checks, a key worker and daily contact with family and loved ones makes a daunting experience into a reassuring one.
Personal Touch
From understanding newspaper preferences to decorating a room so it looks like home, we make sure familiarity and personal choice is weaved into every part of our residents’ experience.
Visiting & Contact
We don’t have set visiting times here at our homes, we think it’s important for our residents to be able to treat this as home, and that includes seeing loved ones when they can.
