You can visit and contact family members whenever you would like. Our doors are always open and we know how much a visit can mean for everyone involved.
We are also able to welcome friends and even pets of residents for visits. We also have on-site portable phones at each home on each unit, so that you can call and talk to your loved one at regular times.
We also facilitate video calls and support residents with technology where needed. Apart from this we also take the time to contact family regularly with updates, particularly in early days of admission and settling in.
Regular checks, a key worker and daily contact with family and loved ones makes a daunting experience into a reassuring one.
From understanding newspaper preferences to decorating a room so it looks like home, we make sure familiarity and personal choice is weaved into every part of our residents’ experience.
