Whether a daily walk, a visit from a pet or being able to hang our proudest achievements on the wall, we help our residents keep continuing their lives in their own, unique way.
We carry out formal Pre-Admission Assessments, where lots of requirements are taken onboard, but our team also take the time to find out more about the resident through lots of informal chats with the resident, their friends and family.Below are just examples of how different our residents can be and how we can help them live fulfilled lives in the way that they would prefer.
Busy social activities and the odd tipple with his friends in and outside the home.
Watching football and having his weekly trip to the barbers.
Accompanied to visits to the park and the prom in his scooter.
Filled with family pictures, TV and clippings.
Quiet company.
Reading and gardening.
Walks out independently to the seaside and to the hairdressers.
Understated and simple with flowers and trinkets.
Regular checks, a key worker and daily contact with family and loved ones makes a daunting experience into a reassuring one.
We don’t have set visiting times here at our homes, we think it’s important for our residents to be able to treat this as home, and that includes seeing loved ones when they can.
We’re proud of the varied facilities we’re able to offer. From our on-site hairdressers to our communal gardens and homely living spaces.
